Weekday and Saturday workshops

Erica Galvin is an accredited demonstrator and member of the British Sugarcraft Guild. She also a freelance tutor, having taught students from all over the UK and abroad including students from Dubai, India, Turkey and France and teaches regularly for several sugarcraft shops in London and the South East. Erica has also written several articles for Cakes and Sugarcraft magazine and her cake designs are regularly published in Wedding Cakes: a Design Source Magazine.

Weekday and Saturday workshops

All workshops are held in Weybridge, Surrey and designed for beginners to advanced students using a variety of different mediums including sugarpaste, chocolate and chocolate paste, modeling paste and royal icing. Courses run from 10 – 4 and course fee includes all ingredients and materials as well as light refreshments throughout the day. Just bring your own lunch and plenty of enthusiasm.

One-to-one tuition , in a relaxed informal environment, can be arranged on a mutually convenient date. These workshops can cover any subject, from covering cakes to wired sugar flowers, chocolate work to cupcakes and cookies. Private classes, can be shared with a friend or two. From £150.00 per day, 10 am-4pm.
