AREAS I SERVE

My passion is to create beautiful, luxury wedding cakes for couples across the UK, each one designed to reflect your unique style and venue. Working with some of the country’s most stunning wedding locations, I craft cakes that perfectly complement everything from intimate garden ceremonies to grand estate celebrations.

I proudly serve counties throughout the UK, each one filled with breathtaking venues that inspire my designs. For special requests, I also travel further afield, having delivered cakes to Cornwall, the Scottish Highlands, and even my home city of Cape Town.

Luxury Wedding Cakes across the UK

My luxury wedding cakes are crafted to perfection, bringing elegance and sophistication to any wedding venue. Whether you're hosting your wedding at the historic Botleys Mansion in Surrey or the scenic beautiful Syon House in London, or Hesdor House, the exquisite Italianate Mansion in Buckinghamshire, I ensure that every cake is designed to complement the unique atmosphere of your chosen location.

Still Have Questions About Your Wedding Cake?

The process usually starts after you have booked your venue. This is with an email or telephone call, or perhaps we met at a Wedding Fayre. During a discovery call, we can get to know each other and discuss your design ideas. I will then send you a proposal based on what we discussed with a guide to the size of wedding cake you require and a rough price.  Quotes are valid for 30 days.

I love chatting to my clients about their wedding cake ideas!

Face to face or video consultations are a fantastic opportunity for us to chat and discuss the design of your wedding cake in in more detail. This is usually done around 4-6 months before your wedding.

My face-to-face consultations are offered on a limited basis in the winter and autumn. Learn more about my wedding consultations here

Yes of course, cake sample boxes are sent out on regular dates from November to April via Royal Mail 24-hour service allowing you to enjoy them in the comfort of your own home. These are complimentary if you have booked your cake or from £40 if you wish to taste before you book your cake.

Each tasting box contains 5 different flavours. I offer two options, please email me or visit Tasting Boxes to learn more.

As it is only me who designs, bakes, prepares, and decorates all of the cakes, I am only able to take on a limited number of cakes each week. I hate to turn people away. I will always try to accommodate a cake at shorter notice, so please do always ask.

Key summer dates book up quickly, so it is never too early to get in touch. Once you have booked your venue, please fill out my contact form to begin your wedding cake journey.

If you wish to book your cake early but are unsure of what you want, this is not a problem. a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee of £100 can be paid to secure your wedding date.

This ‘Save the Date’ booking fee will be deducted from the final balance of your cake when booking.

If you wish to proceed, a £100 will secure your date. I can’t confirm your date until a booking fee has been received. This booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment may be made in cash or by bank transfer. Once your deposit has been paid, I will sketch up your chosen designs and work with you until you absolutely love your wedding cake design. I will also post you a box of cake slices so you can choose your flavours. These are sent out at regular dates in the autumn and spring.

Three months before your big day I will contact you again and confirm your flavours and design and discuss the final styling of your cake. I will then invoice you for the final payment due 2 months before your wedding date. Cakes will not be delivered or released until full payment has been received. Late payment or non-payment may result in your cake not being completed on time.

Wedding cakes are heavy and sometimes very fragile so in most cases, need to be assembled on site.

I will contact your venue the week before your wedding and if you are having fresh flowers on your cake, your chosen florist, to discuss your timings on the day, your cake stand and styling and best time to set up.

I deliver wedding cakes to venues throughout London, Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, Kent and Sussex. Delivery is charged at 85p per mile round trip from Weybridge, Surrey.

I love working with fresh flowers however, in the interests of food safety and hygiene, I recommend using organic edible flowers for decoration of your cake.  Many couples prefer to get their wedding florist to supply flowers for their cake to achieve a cohesive style.

If you choose this option, I recommend that you speak to your florist about which varieties can and can’t be used, for example Gypsophila, Hydrangeas, Delphiniums, most lilies, Ranunculi, Eucalyptus, Ruscus and Ivy, to name a few popular varieties are toxic.

I am happy to advise on options for flower placement and the requirements for placing them on the cake. Please read this blog about the use of fresh flowers on cakes.

I have a variety of lovely cake stands to compliment your cake which are available for hire at a cost of £15, plus a £100 refundable security deposit per stand. Cake stands need to be returned within three working days of your wedding date upon which the security deposit is repaid in the absence of any damage. Late returns will be charged £5 per day.

Cakes are freshly baked to order up to 3 days before your wedding and should be consumed within 48 hours to ensure freshness.

To keep your cake as fresh as possible, store your cake in the cardboard cake box it is provided in.

Please store it in a cool, dry place away from any heat sources. Do not keep your cake in the fridge as this will cause condensation on the icing and decorations which will become wet and sticky.

Do not keep your cake in plastic tub or box as this will cause the cake to sweat.

Once you have cut your cake, keep it wrapped in cling film and stored in the cardboard cake box.

Leftover cake can also be wrapped in 2 layers of cling film and frozen. Please defrost completely before eating.

Your wedding venue will be issued with a cake information sheet about the allergens in each tier of cake as well as any non-edible items like dowels, sugar flowers, flower picks, cake toppers, ribbon etc.
